• eCheck-Banking Checking or Savings account- $1.95 fee per transaction- cheaper than buying multiple money orders.
• Credit Card- $29.95 fee per transaction- still beats a late fee!
• Remember you can set up recurring payments, so you never miss a payment

How Can I Sign Up?

1. Go to the tab labeled "Tenants - Log on to pay rent or view your balance".
2. Create a Tenant Portal Account or Log-In to your account
3. Click on My Payments and Create a Payment

Pay with Cash In-Person at a Rent Money Payment Center (Wal-Mart/Check Cashing)

1. Go to the tab labeled "Tenants - Log on to pay rent or view your balance".
2. Create a Tenant Portal Account or Log-In to your account
3. Click on My Payments and choose Rent Money option.- $3.95 fee per transaction
4. Find a location by entering in your zip code http://www2.datatel-systems.com/ext/client%20forms/CheckFreePayZIP.aspx
5. Click “Cash Payment Voucher”. Print voucher and take to a Rent Money Location. The tenant portal will also provide the addresses to many of the local Rent Money locations.

Please note, the act of generating this voucher will not process a payment. The payment will be entered on your ledger when it is processed at a payment center.
